Tenant Fees
ASSURED PERIODIC TENANCIES (All fees inclusive of VAT)
Reservation Fee (holding deposit) per tenancy
Equivalent to one week’s rent. This will reserve the property for fourteen days whilst we complete the relevant paperwork and referencing (including Right to Rent). It will be retained if you withdraw your application or fail the referencing process or fail to complete the tenancy agreement.
Deposit (if rent is under £50,000.00 per annum) Equivalent to five weeks’ rent.
Deposit (if rent is over £50,000.00 per annum) Equivalent to six weeks’ rent.
Variation of contract (tenant’s request)
£50.00
Change of sharer or additional sharer (tenant’s request) £50.00 per replacement / additional tenant or any reasonable costs incurred if higher.
Early termination At Landlord’s discretion (tenant’s request) All costs, fees and charges incurred by the landlord for allowing early termination including the agent’s existing or re-letting fees, as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy.
Late / unpaid rent / returned payments Interest at 3% above Bank of England base rate per annum, calculated daily.
Lost key(s) or other security device(s) Tenants are liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys or other security devices and associated costs.
